DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Boat Club in the Fitger’s Courtyard Saturday\, October 6th from 9 am to 9 pm for games\, German food\, beer\, and wine. There will be polka music\, Hammerschlagen\, Keg Races\, Tug of War\, and much more! \nBeer:\n\nCastle Cream Ale\nMaple Märzen\nGeorge Hunter Stout\nPaulaner Oktoberfest Marzen\nSummit Oktoberfest\n\nOktoberfest Menu:\nStarters \n\nReuben Egg Rolls- Deep fried egg rolls with corned beef brisket\, sauerkraut and swiss cheese served with a side of thousand island dressing.\nCastle Danger Beer Cheese Soup- A Creamy Cheddar Cheese soup made with Castle Danger Cream Ale.\n\nEntrees \n\nJagerschnitzel- Breaded pork cutlet served with spaetzle\, braised red cabbage & mushroom gravy\nSausage Platter- Kielbasa\, Weisswurst\, and Bratwurst served with garlic mashed potatoes\, sauerkraut and beer mustard.\nSauerbraten- Marinated Braised Beef Brisket served with garlic mashed potatoes\, roasted root vegetables\, and gravy.\n\nDessert \n\nApple Strudel- Flaky Phyllo Dough stuffed with our house made apple pie filling\, topped with Bridgeman’s Cinnamon Ice Cream.\n\nMusic Schedule:\n\n11 am to 1 pm – Nick Hyde & His Electric Violin\n1 pm to 3 pm – T.H.U.G. – Two Harbors Ukulele Group\n3 pm to 5 pm – Aimee Klein Duo\n5 pm to 6:30 pm – Paul Vargason on Accordion\n6:30 pm to 8:30 pm – Brett Borg on Accordion
